Crossover Stairs

Crossover Stairs provide your maintenance workers with a safe way to navigate over rootop obstacles, such as HVAC pipes, changes in elevation, and other rooftop obstructions.

We design your custom roof stairs to fit your rooftop, utilizing our own unique non penetrating roof mount recycled rubber bases. Our custom manufactured rubber bases have a larger footprint and offer better weight dispersal than your typical unistrut roof blocks, helping to extend the life of your roof.

Our roof access stairs are designed with safety railings that conform to OSHA regulations. All of our designs feature anti slip metal grating, available in several different patterns and finishes, for improved safety.
