Secure Payment:
Your credit card payment is submitted via secure HTTPS connection: Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is a secure version of the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (http). HTTPS allows secure ecommerce transactions.
Your credit card payment is processed through Authorize.Net Payment Gateway, which provides the complex infrastructure and security necessary to ensure fast, reliable and secure transmission of transaction data.
Privacy:
Your privacy is very important to us. Eberl Iron Works will not sell any personal information that is provided to us.
Tax: Eberl Iron Works is federally obligated to collect tax in all but the following states: AK, AZ, CA, DE, DC, HI, ID, MI, MN, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, WA, WV, WY. If you are not within one of these states and are tax exempt, we will refund your tax upon receipt of a valid exemption form. Shipping Policy:
Quick order turnaround is important to us; we strive to ship all orders of in-stock items, received prior to 12 noon (Eastern/Standard Time), the same day that they are received. Non-stock materials are placed on order within 24hrs of receipt of order and shipped directly from our supplier, when possible. If there are any problems with order fulfillment, or expedited order fulfillment, our customer service staff will contact you and work with you to resolve the issue.
Freight Shipments: Freight prices do not include any additional services, such as lift-gate service, job site delivery, or military base delivery; the addition of these services will be at the expense of the customer. Please provide accurate contact information and instructions for your point of delivery; Eberl Iron Works is not responsible for charges incurred due to failed delivery attempt and subsequent redelivery.
Freight Damage/Shortage:
In the event of any shipping damages or shortages, written notes must be made on the delivery receipt with the truck driver, and Eberl Iron Works must be notified of any issues, and provided with a copy of the delivery receipt, within 1 business day. Failure to follow this procedure may result in our inability to negotiate reimbursement for or replacement of the item(s).
International Freight: All international freight shipments are to be set up by the customer. Eberl Iron Works does not provide international freight rates or arrange for international shipments; if desired we will ship to your U.S. based freight forwarding service. Eberl Iron Works will provide customs paperwork and shipment information, along with order completion date; however, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to handle shipping logistics through their carrier. International shipments are to be paid in full prior to pick-up, this includes freight charges to forwarding service (if applicable).
Refusal of Shipment:
Customer will still be responsible for any shipping charges incurred after delivery of goods is refused, and return of goods may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order, prior to shipment, by calling and speaking with a customer service representative; please be sure to have your order number on hand. No fee will be charged for the cancellation, and a refund will be issued for the full amount of the order. If your order has already shipped, your order will need to go through the returns process (please see below).
Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, or without a return goods authorization number and copy of your original order. Returned Items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will not be granted until goods have been returned and inspected for damages.
